Solid wood. Free of knots and defects on at least three sides. Kiln dried (KD) to 8-10 % (+/- 2 %) wood moisture content. Cleanly planed on four sides. All four longitudinal edges rounded with a radius of approx. 4-5 mm. Length graded. Both ends cut at right angles. Vacuum-packed in neutral foil on request.

In general, the minimum purchase quantity per delivery is approx. 5.0 cbm, whereby different dimensions and articles from a range can be combined. Deliveries of individual full pallets are possible by arrangement and subject to availability with an additional flat-rate transportation charge. Please note that we do not offer deliveries to private customers.
Each item in our range has a specific availability and delivery time, which are indicated on the respective product page.
For orders of items from stock in our international warehouses, the delivery time is usually approx. 7-14 days, depending on transportation options.
For items that are currently not available, are in the process of being reordered or have to be produced first (e.g. special dimensions), the delivery time can generally be up to approx. 6 weeks. The delivery time may vary and is subject to the respective procurement conditions.
You will receive regular updates to keep you informed about the status of your order. 1-3 working days before delivery of the goods, you will receive a shipment notification with the planned delivery date, as well as our delivery bill (measurement) and the truck license plate number. Should the delivery be changed due to unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you in good time.
Thermowood offers a number of advantages that make it an excellent choice for various applications. It is characterized by high dimensional stability and durability, which means it reliably retains its shape even under changing conditions. It also has significantly better resistance and durability. The optimized thermal and sound insulation properties contribute to a pleasant indoor climate and a quiet environment. Thermowood exhibits reduced shrinkage and expansion behaviour when exposed to moisture, which minimizes the risk of deformation. The tension behavior is also reduced, which makes processing considerably easier. Another advantage is the lower weight and reduced density, which makes handling and processing effortless. Resin and other undesirable substances are removed during thermal treatment. Thermowood is chemical-free, natural and sustainable, making it an environmentally friendly choice.
Untreated, natural wood. Light, natural color tones. Grains and natural color differences are visible.
Medium heat treatment at around 195 °C. Improved dimensional stability and durability. Particularly suitable for indoor use, saunas and wellness facilities.
Intensive heat treatment at a minimum of 215 °C. Greater resistance to weathering and moisture. Particularly suitable for outdoor use.
