FSC® Vision:
The world’s forests meet the social, ecological, and economic rights and needs of the present generation without compromising those of future generations.
FSC® Mission:
The Forest Stewardship Council A.C. (FSC®) shall promote environmentally appropriate, socially beneficial, and economically viable management of the world's forests.
Being FSC® certified shows that you comply with the highest social and environmental standards on the market. FSC® works to improve forest management worldwide, and through certification creates an incentive for forest owners and managers to follow best social and environmental practices. The growing demand for FSC® certified products tells forest owners that businesses and consumers prefer products from well managed forests.

PEFC, the Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification, is a leading global alliance of national forest certification systems. As an international non-profit, non-governmental organization, we are dedicated to promoting sustainable forest management through independent third-party certification. In 1999, small- and family forest owners from Europe came together to create a forest certification system that would enable them to demonstrate their excellence in sustainable forest management. 20 years on, PEFC is the largest forest certification system in the world. More than 300 million hectares of forest area (or 740 million acres) are managed in compliance with PEFC's internationally accepted Sustainability Benchmarks - that's roughly the size of Egypt, South Africa and Turkey combined. Two-thirds of all certified forests globally are certified to PEFC.
Our PEFC Certification No.: TUEV-PEFC-COC-160662-057
